Subscriptions Policy
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan you choose when you subscribed to the Services.
You will be entitled to the lenght selected in the subscription.
If you have used a promo code for first subscription, when renewing your subscription, you need to enter a new valid promo code to enjoy discounted subscription rate.
There is no renewal applying for unlimited subscription, subscription will be active all years.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at [email protected].
You are entitled to cancel the renewal of your order directly within the OYE Open Your Eyes application (in the subscription plan section).
Fee Change
We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law
Withdrawal Rights
The right of withdrawal is a period during which you can cancel an online purchase, even if you have already paid. Before concluding a contract, the seller must inform you of the existence of the right to withdraw and its limits, or of the absence of a right to withdrawal. Thanks to the European directive 2011/83, you have at least a 14-day right of withdrawal following online or distance purchases. In case of withdrawal, OYE Open Your Eyes will proceed with the refund of the returned products using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction. The customer must return the product to the OYE Open Your Eyes no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying the Company of their decision to withdraw. The customer will bear the cost of returning the product.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for software that has been unsealed by the consumer after delivery, nor for the provision of digital content without a physical medium.
